As a former nurse educator at College of Saint Mary, and a nurse at Bergan Mercy Medical Center, I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Connie as an outstanding mentor of nursing students, and as a very compassionate and dedicated nurse. She was always willing to mentor others, provide teaching to her patients and peers, and was an excellent role model as a professional nurse. She was kind and considerate and recognized as one of the outstanding staff members at the hospital. Her poetry demonstrated her understanding of the role of a nurse as a caring friend and advocate. Dear Marg
I am so sorry to learn of Connie's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved one during this time of grief.
Connie was the most caring loving nurse that I ever met when she was interacting with patients or their families as well as hospital staff.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal~ Love leaves a memory no one can steal ~
