Richard Lee Ketter, age 57 of Omaha.

Born in Holton, KS to Elmer Raphael Ketter and Mary Lou McDaniel Ketter. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by Kathy Ketter Brayton (Larry), Gwen Ketter, Ron Ketter (Janet Mackey), numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews, and close friend and soul mate, Mariano Uberti.

Rich contributed his time, energy and gifts to many organizations in Omaha that are committed to the development of human potential including Omaha Together One Community, the Empowerment Network, the South Omaha Community Care Council and Caring Catholic Families. He touched many lives through his work with his beautiful singing voice. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary (Denver) and a Master of Public Administration (dual degree) from University of Nebraska, Omaha.

A Celebration of life will take place at 7:00 pm at Comfort Inn (330 North 30 Street) on Tuesday, September 30th.
