My condolences to Penney, the children, grandchildren, siblings of Joe. With heavy heart, this news was one of the saddest in my life, a shock, unbelievable. Joe was loved by all, he was one of the greatest people I have ever had the privilege to know. For 21 years Joe was my brother-in-law. We had great times, and the love he had for his family is to be respected. Rest peacefully my friend!!!
