Bob and I grew up in homes not 50 yaards from each other. He was perhaps my very first playmate. I have many fond memories of our growing up days right up to our high schooll graduation. Bob was our star runningback and linebacker on our senior undefeated and state ranked football team at Plainview.. But his service to the Lord transendned all of that. I agree with an earlier comment about a life well lived. Rest in peace.

Dearest Bonna and family,
My deepest sympathy to you all. Bob was a wonderful man. We are so thankful for our friendship and the fun times shared.. When Sean was told that Bob passed, he said "He's in God's hands now." May thinking about Bob enjoying the glory of heaven bring you peace and comfort.
Sending our love, thoughts and prayers, Pat and Sean Flanagan

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We go back many years at Norfolk and our families were somewhat the same ages. Bob actually made in our new split foyer house in Western Heights - a rec room jn where the double car garage was. Kids loved it, they could sneak in and out without Mom and Dad knowing it..
Bob was a great guy. Sincere sympathy to the family.

Bonna and family - feel hugs. I treasure the times shared over the years and especially this year.
May each of you experience God meeting your deepest needs as you grieve yet celebrate Bob-husband, father, grandfather, greatgrandfather and friend. A life well lived.
