Our Dear Friend Rich was always a man of integrity. He was always fair, generous and trustworthy. He was a gentleman and enjoyed interesting topics circulating through his congregation at church and with his associate presidents' of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.. Rich took caring for those in need seriously and was generous with his time and talent, and whenever a charitable opportunity came his way he always responded with help and a smile.
His family were clearly his pride and joy, friends were a treasure and we are honored to have known Rich; especially, honored to have served in common with him; to help meet the needs of families and individuals in need.
May you, Rich; Rest in Peace and May our Lord, send His angels to guide you home. Marge and S. Anna, SSSF

I worked with Richard when he was the facility manager at the global weather building. As facility manager, he kept the facility in good working order, enabling workers and systems to support to the AF weather global mission. In a sense, his efforts made him a national asset.
On a personal level, he always seemed to be in good spirits, and I enjoyed dealing with him. If I expressed a concern, I was confident he would address it if he could.
Rest peacefully,
