Frank is survived by his son, Belen R. "Chico" (Anne) Garcia; grandchildren Nathan (Mary) Garcia, Steven (Rick) Garcia, Molly (Jason) Kusler and Jennifer Hoegerl; great grandchildren Seanna, Lilly, Gavin, Grace and Elizabeth; many nieces and nephews.
