Survived by his wife Cheryl; children Rylan, Jaxon (Kayleigh), Gemma, Chad Jr., and Phoenix (Cheryl); parents Mike (Kelly) Sheard and Debra Sheard (Mike); brother Brandon Sheard; sister Rebecca Sheard (Mitchell); nieces and nephews; grandparents Del Mumby and Peggy Burkhardt; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
