Jessie Mae Kortus, a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother unexpectedly passed away April 6, 2018 in Omaha, NE.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Christine Kortus; parents Archie and Edna Kelley; siblings Tim, Ruth, Dorie, Margie, Mary, and Leona; son-in-law Mitch Saxton; great grandson Jake Fletcher; and many other beloved family members and friends.

Jessie is survived by her husband of 62 years, Frederick Lee Kortus; her sister Peggy Loehr; her brother and sister-in-law Richard and Evelyn Ehrhorn; her children Rose Saxton, Fred and Sue Kortus, Pam and Mark Palmisano, Jane and Gregg Anderson, John and James Kortus, Dempsie and Diane Kortus, Pat and Wendy Kortus; 19 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and many other friends and family.
