Survived by children Jeanne (Michael) Jackson, and Lee (Patrice) Janicek; step-children Judy Hackworth, and Larry Janicek; grandchildren Nicole, Caileigh, Madelyn, Elizabeth, Aaron, and Kylie; brother Andy (Phyllis) Wachtler; niece and nephews.
