Juan Gaytan Escobedo, 54

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Maricela Mercado. Juan was an amazing, loving, and caring father to three sons. The oldest being Juan Gaytan, Emmanuel Gaytan, and Saul Gaytan. He gave them everything and more than they ever needed. He raised his sons with compassion, humility, and gave them his morals and more. Unfortunately, Juan Gaytan did not get the opportunity to meet any of his grandchildren, but he will be looking out for them. Juan was definitely a family man. He was born into a huge family, having grown up with five brothers and three sisters. He learned from a young age the importance of family and instilled that in everyone he met. Juan was hard working, dedicated, ambitious, and most of all a husband, father, son, father-in-law, uncle, and nephew. He was everything and anything he needed to be for his family, truly a one-of-a-kind man. One of the more important roles was to be a husband with love, support, and patience. He and his wife shared an amazing 27 years, always by her side. In her words, “He was the kind of love you only experience once in a lifetime”.
