Preceded in death by husbands Eldon Chadek and Edwin Usasz; mother Helen Garule; stepdaughter Jackie During; and niece Karen Allen

Survived by stepdaughter Judi Taylor; stepson-in-law David During; niece Cindy (Leon) Eggleston; nephews Steve (Karen) Clegg and Joseph (Jane) Chadek; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other family



The family would like to thank Homestead Assisted Living for their wonderful care of Joy over the last four years. Also, they would like to acknowledge the staff from AceraCare for their assistance since the end of March....especially Amber, Jeff, Jean and John.
