Survived by children Jules, Paul, and Allen (Shela) Harding; grandchildren Ethan and Giana; sister Margaret Kubat; brothers Michael (Margie), Frank (Lynda), and Bob (Ruth) Schab; aunt Joan Kawa; nieces, nephews, and cousins

Frances was the Volunteer Coordinator for the American Red Cross for 28 years until her retirement in March 2020.
