I had the pleasure of working with Jeff when I was at the Omaha World-Herald. He was always quick to help whenever you needed someone. Jeff was a very nice person who didn't know a stranger. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and my sympathies to the Janak Family.

Our hearts are broken. We all lost a great guy on Tuesday. I pray that his suffering is no more, and that God welcomed him with open arms (which I know he did).
