Frank was one of my best friends that I have known since 1966. We did a lot of things together and had some great times. He was a very good man and loving husband and father. I cannot tell you how saddened I am with his passing but I certainly do hope to see him again in the next life. My condolences to his family and friends. I am honored to have known him and share some of life experiences with.
