Vicki,
All of us at EJ have been keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Corra was such a beautiful person, inside and out. She has found a very special place in our hearts and will remain with us forever. We are honored to have had the opportunity of knowing her. Please remember we are always here for you as well.

Mike, Steve, and Vicki,

I was so sorry to see in the online Omaha newspaper that you lost your mom. It's been so many years since I've seen you, but I always remember your mom being such a terrific lady. She was always so helpful with everything at St. Joseph's school and church, and she was always so friendly and smiling. I remember her being so great when Mike and I would hang around your house when we were kids. My mom and dad always thought so much of her as well. My sincere sympathy to the Fisher family,

Steve, Vicki and Mike, my thoughts are with you during this very hard time. You chose such a wonderful picture of your mom, I can’t imagine a picture that could be any better. Her smile is radiant and her eyes just shine, it’s a wonderful picture to remember her by. During this time I hope you have many wonderful memories to hold you. Blessings to you and your families. Steve Jordan

Papillion, NE

I have only see Edith a few times. I have spoken with her thousands of times. She had an amazing ability to remember names and details regarding those in need. I was a representative for St. Vincent de Paul at St. Columbkille. She would call me for people in need and I would call her for needs that were beyond our reach. Once I remember there was a widow in La Vista that the furnace in her home had to be replaced. Edith called several churches and organizations to find about six groups that would contribute. She also worked with the HVAC company for the best deal. Anytime a person called our church asking for assistance from SVDP, I usually asked Edith if she was aware of them and their need. She often could fine resources that I had never considered. I pray that Edith's good deeds will go before her and may Christ welcome her into heaven. Deacon Steve Jordan

Sorry to learn of Edith's passing. My husband(Stan Barnes, who passed in Jan of '18), knew all the family very well and worked with several. Edith was also a member of our Omaha Chapter DAR, thanks to Eleanor, who got me in also. May your family be blessed during these difficult days.

Love to my extended family. Steve, Vicki and Mike and their families. This time brings love from afar. Fred and I are thinking and praying for you all. Aunt Edie, lived a long life with Jesus by her side. She loved her family, her books and was a great cook. May eternal rest bring her comfort with the Lord! Her niece, Diann Cappellano and Fred
