William A Hada Jr.

Waterford, CT

I was truly saddened to hear of the passing of my cousin Spanky. I wish to send out my deepest heartfelt condolences to all the survivors in his family. My fond memories of him include the wonderful fun times we had playing games at Grandma Horvath's picnics and " King of the Hill " at the Town of Fairfield sand pile. Being older and and a lot stronger than the rest of us, he would always win but the fun we had trying to dethrone him was immeasurable. He was truly a kind and fun loving sole who I will never forget. I will deeply miss him.

Norman & Suzanne Bok

Cave Creek, AZ

The entire Bok family in Arizona wishes to express our condolences for the loss of your loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, cousin, and friend. Spanky and I were stationed in Vietnam at the same time. Spanky in Saigon, and me further up the coast. Spanky took the time to hop on a transport to come visit me. He packed a large jar of his homemade stuffed cabbage for me. It was a wonderful gesture. and was much appreciated. But that was Spanky. He was fun to be with and always ready for a party. I, like my siblings and family will miss him dearly. I know his passing will be felt deeply by everyone who came in contact with his happy soul. May he rest in peace and meet us at the gates of heaven when it is out rime to pass.
Love to all.
Norm

Mark and Mary beth Allen

WALNUT COVE, NC

To the family...He was the brother I loved and respected all my life. He was the brother I missed growing up with. He had a heart of gold. He had his quirks and stubbornness, but deep down inside he was as gentle as a teddy bear. He loved all of you and missed you so much while in my care in NC. He is at peace, now.

DAWN WALPOLE

KIRBYVILLE, TX

Yesterday morning my family lost our Patriarch.
He did not wander away.
God took him home.
I am so deeply sad and heart broken that I will never speak or see him again.
I am sad for all my family that will never know him.
Great grandkids that will only have stories of their grouchy old grandpa.
Only stories from aunts and uncles about how Grandpa Frank would yell at them to stop running through the house.
No more tales of his military tours.
No more of his memories shared from his youth.
I am sad that I can't pick up the phone and tell him I love him one more time.

I learned several things from my dad.
I learned that your faith is all you have sometimes.
I learned to love my kids the best I could and do whatever I can for them whenever possible.
I learned that helping a neighbor is always a necessity, not a "if I have time" and not expect anything back.
I learned to give where I can, whether it is just my time, or a shoulder.
Something I already knew but dad showed, to love my family and do whatever I can when I can.

There is so much more I can say or could.
One thing is for certain, I will be sure to share my memories with my kids, their kids, and anyone else that wants to listen.

Our dad leaves behind a huge legacy whether he realized it or not.
One brother, a sister, a wife, five adult children, twenty-one grandchildren with one more on the way, six great grandchildren with two more on the way, many nieces, nephews, in-laws and far too many cousins to try and count.

Rest in Peace Dad
Love you to pieces and you will and are already sorely missed, ya grouchy ole man!
