Heather - My late husband, Joe, and I met Dale in the 70's at Shaver's Grocery Store. We worked together many years. I have great memories of our times we spent working and socializing together! He had a big heart. I am sorry for your loss.

I’m so sad to hear the news of Dales passing. I am a vendor and call on Walmarts. I would visit with Dale when I ran into him in the stores . He was such a kind man. He loved his girlfriend and his daughter so much always had nice things to say. He will be missed. He is at rest now.

Sorry to hear about Dale. We were best friends while growing up on 39 th street. He was extremely proud of his grand children. I don’t get back to Omaha very often, but we always met up at Big Fred’s for a burger and beer. Will miss him.
