John was one of those people that just brought the best out in you. He looked at everyday as if it was an adventure. No one was a stranger to John; he could walk up to you and in 15 minutes you had a new friend. He lived each day to its fullest! If you needed help all you had to do was ask. His smile, his character was an example for all of us to strive for. He will be greatly missed and God has called home an angel.

John was a great guy. As a kid growing up down in Karen Western, he would always strike up a conversation from his back porch while us kids had a good football or baseball game going in the yard next door, and he was a fair referee, and he never gave us any grief if we had to climb the fence to retrieve a ball. RIP you will be missed..
