Survived by wife Helen; brother John (Becky); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Mary Ann Pavlis.
Robert retired from the USAF with 23 years of service. After retiring, he worked at Phillips Dept. Store and Creighton University. He served in both the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He immensely loved his country and the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, South Omaha Eagles, Polka Lover's Club and Wheeler Presbyterian Church.
