Passed away on Tuesday in Omaha, NE after a courageous 7 year battle with cancer. Marilyn was born in York, NE, the daughter of Ted and Eleanor Lyle. She attended York High School and graduated in 1958.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Sandy Conigliaro.

Marilyn and Dale are long-time members of the Westwood Community Church. Marilyn was active in Omaha real estate for 35 years. She received many recognitions and awards during her career, including Distinguished Sales Awards and Outstanding Service Awards.. She was the State Women's Council of Realtors (WRC) Member of the Year in 2008, served as State WCR's President from 2005-2006, was awarded Omaha WRC's Realtor of the Year in 2003, and Omaha WCR's President in 2000.

She also was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority, where she was crowned Omaha's queen in 1973. Marilyn had an infectious laugh and truly loved life. She enjoyed spending time with close friends, whether on a cruise or shopping at craft fairs.

Of all of her accomplishments, she was most proud of her role as grandma to 10 grandchildren:
