David M. Adam, Sr., 67
David Michael "Dave" Adam, Sr. was born on January 3, 1958 to Daniel and Dolores Adam. After a long and hard fight, he entered the gates of heaven on May 27, 2025. He had three children, Jamie, David and Amber. He later married Michaela and gained his stepson, Nicholas.
Dave was a kind, selfless and caring person. He loved watching and betting sports, especially horse racing. His favorite football teams were the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Miami Dolphins. You could always find him sitting in front of the TV, switching from one game to another, shouting at and cheering on his teams. He was sure to show up to all his grandchildren’s sporting events to cheer them on and call out the refs and any bad plays. Dave enjoyed hanging with his buddies several times a year; playing cards, fishing, enjoying some adult beverages, food and lots of laughs. He enjoyed going on mini road trips to small towns to try out the restaurants. They also enjoyed taking longer vacations with friends and family.
Food was a way to Dave's heart! He loved Michaela’s meals and no one could make a recipe taste as good as she did. Her meals were by far his favorite! Their home was always open to everyone; food, drinks or just some laughs and good company. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, creating new memories. His laugh was contagious, and his hugs were always heartfelt.
Dave was preceded in death by his wife Michaela; their dog Herbie; and parents Daniel Adam and Dolores Raabe.
Survived by his children, Jamie, David, Amber; stepson Nicholas (Rose); grandchildren, Nevaeh, Auriya, Avery, Jason Jr., Brianna, Hailey, Austin, Alyssa, Morgan, Gillian, Dave III, Tyler, Vanessa and Elizabeth; step-grandson Gino; great grandchildren, Broden, Amena, Jacey and Nirmata; siblings, Danny (Kathy) Adam, Doug (Cheryl) Adam, Kathy (Rob) Hills, and Cindy Morrow; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends
