Donna Lee Kubiak, age 87, passed away on May 28, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. Born on October 12, 1937, Donna was known for her vibrant, loving, and selfless nature, enriching the lives of those around her with her boundless energy and happiness.

Donna is survived by her husband, Robert Kubiak; sons, Jeff and James Kubiak; daughters, Karen Hargadine and her husband Paul, and Susan Rackley. She was a cherished grandmother to several grandsons and a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Frank Grosky; siblings, Sally, Eileen, and Ron; and her son-in-law, Steve Rackley.
