Survived by wife Margie; sons Rick and Jerry (Victoria); daughter Jamie; grandchildren LeeAnn Merrett (Caleb), Ricky Green, Samantha Green, Rebecca Green, Nicholas Jarecki, and Faith Green;
great grandchildren Guinevere, Dawson, and Matthew
