Debra was born Dec. 2nd 1952 in Council Bluffs, IA. to Cornelius and Bernice Turpen. She was baptized and confirmed in St. John Lutheran Church, Council Bluffs. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School.
She was preceded in death by parents; brother, James Turpen; sister Carol Cary.
Debra is survived by husband, Dave Rhoads, son; Bill Comley and wife Valerie of Schuyler, NE
grandchildren; Mallory and Reed
daughter; Cindy Comley of Ashland, OR
brother; Richard Turpen and wife Becky of Chanhassen, MN
brother- in- law; Pat Cary of Mound, MN
nieces and nephews.
