Beverly Jean Zanski passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at home in Spring Hill, Kansas at the age of 69 years. She was born in Hastings, Nebraska on January 14, 1952, the daughter of Alvin and Muriel (Uhrmacher) Krull. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband Joseph (married 47 years); daughter Melissa Laughlin (Dan); grandchildren Jackson Laughlin and Morgan Laughlin; brother Dean Krull (Nancy); sister Lynette Tasich (John); niece Ashley Scheil; nephews Nick Tasich, Todd Tasich, and Mitchell Krull.

Bev spent most of her adult life in Omaha. She enjoyed taking trips with Joe, going to the gym, and singing in her church choir. She was a breast cancer survivor and enjoyed being cancer-free with friends and family every October.

Once retired, Bev and Joe moved to Kansas to be closer to their daughter and grandchildren. Nana Bev enjoyed playing with her grandkids and watching them play sports. Bev was truly a fighter and survivor. She will be missed by many friends and family.

Memorial donations will be disbursed by the family to local breast cancer and dementia foundations in her name.


Following the interment, you are invited to a reception that will be held at the Saint Nicholas Church Community Center.
